SuretyPH does not quote, underwrite, approve, bind, issue, or guarantee insurance policies or surety bonds. Evaluation, underwriting, approval, pricing and issuance are undertaken by the applicable licensed insurance company.

Travellers Insurance and Surety Corporation (TRISCO) participates on SuretyPH as a licensed Participating Insurer. Insurance and surety bond applications referred through SuretyPH remain subject to TRISCO's applicable requirements, evaluation, underwriting, approval, pricing and issuance procedures.
